Much like Bob, my other blonde boy, Boomer passed away in his sleep. This time, I was prepared, I guess, I knew and kissed Boomer goodnight, last night, and told him I loved him and he was a "good boy".
oh Diane- this is more than one person should have to bear. My heart goes out to you. I hope your friend's company will help at this time. It makes me so sad to think of you alone through all of this - I wish I lived closer - I would go see you - I am sending you a hug, though I really wish I could give you one in person. So sorry to hear about Boomer. I know how much our pets are true "family" members. I had to say goodbye to my loving dog a few years ago after 17+ yrs together.

I'm a dog guy Diane and I know the roll they play in my life. It's hard to lose them. It just always seems so unfair...

Just think Boomer, Bob, and Zanith running around green grassy fields as they used to. Hugs honey. We are still on death watch here.
