Today, I woke to the sound of Bob calling, "Hey? Hey?" which normally means he wants/needs something.
Tired, I roll over and feign sleep. Because I really don't want to deal with whatever it is. At least, not for a few more minutes.
From the next room, I hear him repeating, "Hey? um, Hey?" then, louder, "HEY-YAY!"
So I finally open my eyes and say, "Yeah?"
And he shouts, "I LOVE YOU!!!"
I tell you, this was big improvement over the last post....
And a very nice way to wake up!

For Christmas since Rick couldn't shop he made a hand written certificate that said" a certificate for a lifetime of my love...Rick
He gave it to me at my son's on Christmas eve...I cried like a baby :)

Yes it is a wonderful way to be awaken! And I'm sure hearing him saying I love you helps you to recharge your batteries for the day.
