Doctors are calling it "sepsis". Seems he has both a UTI and pneumonia. They are waiting for more test results.
He did rally round after IV fluids and antibiotics. But they are saying he may be

While looking for information and support regarding strokes, I happened upon your blog.
My husband has Multiple Sclerosis, Addisons disease, and last month he had a cerebellar stroke.
I actually went back to the very beginning of your blog to get the "whole story".. I'm about halfway caught up.
Then I received the e-mail about Bob being hospitalized.
I know we're complete strangers, but I just wanted you to know how informative, inspirational, and honest I find your writings.
I pray Bob continues to improve, and that you get some much needed rest.
Regards,
Kandy
I'm sorry to hear of Bob's condition. My thoughts are with you both. Try to get some rest as best you can.

Well with all these positive things going for you two this certainly rains on the parade a bit. It's good he responded to IV therapy as sepsis can muster a good fight.
My thought's are with you two!

Hang in there Diane, maybe treat yourself a little bit
Thinking of you both.
Prayers and best wishes going to both of you. Use the time to relax a bit, though I know you'll be doing catch up from the move.
Hugs & prayers, Dan
