Love the Halloween pic. Happy Birthday to you! I don't know if you're a sweet eater, but for myself any occasion to have cake (or pie or cobbler or cookies or... well you get the idea) is a good one. If you are able to eat sweets (not diabetic) and you enjoy them, I'd say eat a slice of cake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. :-D

I'd have myself that cake.......maybe with a nice cocktail....or two, heck it's your B-day :-) Take care.
Now it's the day after your birthday. How did it go? I hope you treated yourself to chocolate cake with chocolate frosting - because that's MY favorite. A little coffee ice cream on top.
