So The Hospital has again made a motion "to continue" the trial, meaning they want another delay as they say they need more time and so, right now, our court date is up in the air.
The judge will hear their arguments next Monday.... of course, we will protest.

So sorry to hear that. I suspect they will continue to do so until the court finally says no more delays. Unfortunately, when they lose and have a large settlement to pay, they'll probably delay that too with long appeals. I do hope I'm wrong.
Hugs & prayers, Dan
What monsters!
Booo! Hope your attorney is a tiger! Keeping my fingers crossed for what you want!
Their aim is drag this out for as long as possible so they can "earn" $120-$240 an hour.It makes economic sense, but look at it this way...the more they delay, the more it means they got nothing and they are scrambling to win, place or draw.
Eventually, the judge will tire of continuances and force them to go to court.
Grrrrrrr..... Well said, I 100% agree!
